It was founded for the purpose of using EditGrid's online spreadsheets in conjunction with the API to bring financial content online in a way that's both collaborative and easy to use. At the Trading Comps website users can find standard valuation models and other financial data on publicly traded stocks. In addition, users can register for their own EditGrid account and begin editing spreadsheets that other's have shared to the community or begin sharing their own financial models.
