I have a subscription that is paid in advance for more than one month, how will this affect me?

Subscribers who have paid in advance for more than one month will receive a refund for the remaining portion of your subscription. If you have paid in advance for multiple months of subscription, we will contact you to arrange the refund.

I pay a month to month subscription, how will this affect me?

Month to month subscribers will continue to have access to all ongoing EditGrid services, but will no longer be billed for their monthly subscription fee starting from today. You do not have to do anything for this change to take effect.

I currently have a "free" user account, how will this affect me?

There will be no changes to your service other than those as set out in the 2009-09-24 EditGrid Changes Announcement.

I am an EditGrid Standard License or EditGrid Confluence Plugin License customer (Hosted or Standalone version). How will this affect me?

You will receive an email with additional details regarding how to continue to receive support through the end of your current maintenance period. If you did not receive any such email please contact lic-support@editgrid.com.

I currently have spreadsheets that use data from some of the remote data service categories that are being discontinued, how does this affect me?

Your spreadsheets will remain available; however, any fields that included the discontinued remote data functions will show up as "#NAME!".

Some of the financial remote data functions being discontinued can be replaced using the Thomson Reuters remote data functions. For details on how to use the Thomson Reuters remote data functions, please refer to http://www.editgrid.com/data#9.
