Questions?
Are there any long-term commitments, minimum or hidden charges? No, there aren't. You can have as few as 1 user in your organisation account, and you can terminate your account at any time. How does the 30-day free trial work? When you sign up for a free trial, you can use EditGrid for 30 days free-of-charge. The trial account is fully functional, i.e. it behaves exactly the same as a paid account. At the end of the free-trial period, if you would like to continue using EditGrid you can subscribe via PayPal. Your data will be retained for an additional 7-day payment grace period after the free-trial period ends, so that you will have ample space and time to decide whether to continue using EditGrid or not. When will I be charged? You will be charged monthly if you decided to pay after the trial period. The monthly payment amount is the number of user licenses you have by the time of charging, multiplied by the monthly price for each license. Can I upgrade my existing personal account to an organisation account? You can email to our support to arrange for an upgrade. All your spreadsheets will be transferred properly. This also applies when downgrading from an existing organisation account. What is a user license? How many do I need? You can have as many user accounts as the number of user licenses you have for your organisation. You can create and destroy user accounts freely given that the total number of accounts does not exceed the number of licenses. Which payment methods are accepted, and what are your payment terms? We accept payment via PayPal, which is a global online payment system through which you can send money for goods and services online in a secure manner. PayPal supports all major credit cards and bank transfers. Subscription fee is automatically charged at your PayPal account every month. For late payment, due to insufficient funds or other reason, we allow a 7-day payment grace period. Once the grace period is over and the payment is still not cleared, your account will be disabled.
