Tie Breaker:
1. If two teams are tied the winner of the Pool play game will be the winner.
2. If three teams are tied with the identical won-lost records then the lowest Runs Allowed Ratio will be used to determine the first place. Second and third place will be the winner of the Pool play game played by these two teams regardless of their Runs Allowed Ratio
3. Runs Allowed Ratio is the number of runs allowed divided by the number of half-innings played on defense.
